You can work days, evenings, weekdays or weekends -- the choice is yours, naturally the more time you spend, the more money you can make.

Tri-Chem makes it easy to get started. With a small investment you will get all the tools you need to make immediate sales, and you are never without support both from Tri-Chem and also from your recruiting manager. As you start out, there are short range goals you can easily reach and receive even more materials, either totally free or for a small cost.

The instructor kit you receive will give you paints, transfers, accessories and instructors supplies plus coupons that you can cash in for even more savings. There are other incentives as well with even more supplies and greater savings.

There are bonuses, free gifts, and special packets available at different times during the year and other sales incentives.

Tri-Chem as a company does limited advertising, that’s one of the reasons it is sometimes so hard to find the product. It’s just lately that anyone has started using cyber space.

But you can use Tri-Chem designs in advertising and craft shows. you can even paint up items to sell at them. You can do demos; or have a "make it, take it table." Tri-Chem does not restrict your use of the product nor do they regulate what other products you sell, unless it is in bad taste. Tri-Chem has a high standard.

Commissions start at 25% discount sell $500.00 or more and the commission goes up to 30%. You take the 25% off orders, then at the end of the month Tri-Chem adds your orders and sends the extra commission you’ve earned to you in a check. It works year-round. The more business you do, the higher your percentage is.

If you become a manager you earn another 5% on your own sales plus 5% on the sales of your recruits. So you see it can amount to quite a lot.

There are no monthly minimums, naturally they would like orders every month. If there is a month or two that you don’t have orders, you can stay active by purchasing the monthly packets, which usually costs between $30.00 - $40.00 depending on how much merchandise is in the packet.

If something prevents your sales or if you don’t want the packets, you will be dropped to inactive status after two months. This means you will not receive the monthly sale brochure and information newsletter called "inside info." If you are dropped, you can reactivate by sending in an order.

One of the great sales incentives, besides selling the very best paint, is the hostess incentives of free merchandise. Just for having a class, they receive shopping sprees according to the amount of sales:

$200.00 =	ONE $60.00 SPREE

In free merchandise, the company asks for 2 bookings to receive this, to stimulate your business, bookings over and above the requested amount receive a free gift. Quite profitable for the hostess too.

While recruiting is encouraged as a part of the over all plan, it is not the whole goal. I’m referring to some of the pyramid schemes that tell you, "you don’t need to sell the product just recruit the people and make millions." You will find it is important for you to sell the paint and advertise and this will give you the leads to increase the growth of your crew in sales and recruiting, as naturally, the more instructors you have, the more money you make.

If you decide you want to become a manager also, all you need is to recruit at least 3 people. Then between the 4 or more of you, sell $1000.00 or more for 2 months in a row. When you’re promoted up to manager you receive a bonus check, and you then will receive an extra 5% each time your crew sales reach $1000.00. This includes your sales. This breaks down to $250.00 per month per instructor, which is only about 2 classes each per month.

The nice thing is that each person recruited has the same opportunity to advance and create a great business. if any of your recruits accepts the challenge, it makes your profit grow too. if you recruit and become a manager, then encourage your recruits to recruit and become managers also, you can see how it can keep building, and your earnings could be unlimited.
